Healthy to go

Work out. Now everybody expect something really exhausting. Something that nobody want to do and the worst part of the whole ” life-changing-thing ” . But NO !

Workout does not automatically mean work out. There are other ways that are much more fun and much easier than for example going to the gym everyday.

Swimming :

Make it as fun as possible, take it as a challenge. Take your kids, friends or family and go swimming. Set yourself a time how long you wanna swim, how far , or if wanted try to race your accompaniment. Swimming is the perfect work out. The water allows you to move smoothly in the water and you are able to get many parts of the body to work. Further, swimming is the perfect workout to avoid dysbalances.  If you don’t like swimming there is also the chance of water aerobic. This…
